Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing - through postures and breathing practices. It works all the muscles of the body and uses all the joints. It massages the internal organs and clears and calms the mind. Keeping the body toned and healthy and the mind content. Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice of discipline. Practicing yoga clears the energy pathways of the body enabling the free flow of prana (vital life force). Resulting in good health and well being. Above all yoga is fun and makes you happy!

I currently teach 5 yoga classes a week, and have taught yoga in schools and in old peoples homes.

All classes £30.00 for 5 consecutive weeks or £7.50 drop in.

One to one tuition is available by arrangement.
