Tracey Joscelyne has been practicing yoga for over 25 years now and it has come to be an increasingly important part of her life. She has been teaching for the past 20 years (British Wheel of Yoga qualification). She has also completed an Ashtanga training with David Swenson. She regularly attends yoga workshops throughout the UK, studying with many yogis including David Swenson, Richard Adamo, Danny Paradise, Manju Jois, Ruth Gilmore, and John Scott. 

Tracey has qualified with a distinction in Traditional Thai Massage, having trained with Bodywisdom, Bristol. She qualified with an Advanced Thai Massage diploma (including massage during pregnancy), training with Kira Balaskas, London. She has also studied with Bob Haddad and attended Osteothai courses with David Lutt in Brussels and is a member of Thai Healing Alliance.

She has qualified with a Myofascial release diploma with Amanda Oswald in Leeds and London. She offers Thai massage and Myofascial release treatments and often combines them both.

Tracey is also a qualified aromatherapist and has a small business making natural body products, soaps and perfumes. She lives in the beautiful countryside of North Wales, enjoying the nature of the mountains and sea. An experienced cook with an interest in real food, she caters for private functions and retreats.
